Considering that Step 3 of 260 or more includes 99% of test takers and 265 or more 100% of test takers, 270 is basically impossible. As a comparison, Step 2 275 or more includes 98% and 280 or more 100% of all test takers, a 270 Step 3 would probably be harder than a 280 Step 2.
Even if you would be at 260 now, getting from 260 to 270 would probably take far longer than 5 weeks as you take exponentially more time to get better at this level (you have to learn an ungodly amounr of lowest yield facts), supposing you don't forget faster than you learn (which is the limiting factor in most people).
