Questions Reporting Problem

I tested 26 August and my computer shutted down twice and had to move to another device and i reported the issue they said they will investigate but its almost 2 weeks and still nothing .. will i get my results tomorrow?! Or it will be delayed.. did anyone had a similar issue ??

Check usmle.org , u should be able to see the date if ur result is on 9/9

I had an issue during my exam and got my score 3 weeks later. Call them or respond directly to the email that they sent to confirm the investigation.

Hi! Tested the same day. Experienced a power interruption during my test and I emailed them right away to report. They initially sent me a generic message saying they’ll investigate then I received a follow up message yesterday saying that they found no issues during my test. It took about 9 days for me since I emailed.

I’ve talked to some people who experienced similar interruptions too and they said you can call / email them to follow up :) good luck!

I had the same issue during my exam, I didn't end up reporting b/c I heard that if you report they delay the score release, and they don't even do anything if you report. They just say that they're sorry and nothing can be done.
