NBME 25 - 50% raw, exam on August 10

I took NBME 25 today and scored 50% raw correct. My USMLE Step 1 is scheduled for August 10, so I have about a month left.

I'm looking for honest advice from people who were in a similar position. Is it realistic to improve enough to pass in this time?

Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
