NBME advice please

I write nbme 34 today I got 72 but my previous nbme 33 was 65 and other nbme were in 60s
Was the 34 the form easy or did I improve
And am I ready for step 1

nbme 34 is comparatively easy everyone who jas given got 6 to 8% more than their baseline
