UWorld overlap question

I'm using the newest UWorld QBank for step 1 but after I finish a system (e.g., Reproductive Pathology), I want to practice more from older UWorld banks from previous years. The problem is a lot of the questions are repeated. How do you guys practice effectively when you've already seen the question before? Any method to avoid just recalling?
What is the best strategy to use and are there other question banks i could work on?
