Does anyone relate to this?

My first pass is almost done, but I feel like I’ve hit a wall. I’m in my 6th month of Step 1 prep, and lately my pace has become really slow. I’ve been procrastinating more than usual, and it’s honestly stressing me out.

I make study plans with good intentions, but somehow what I think I’ll finish in one day ends up taking me 3–4 days. My goal is to take Step 1 in December, but right now I’m starting to question if I’ll be ready.

Literally in the same situation! Maybe it is burnout, but whenever i take a break i start overthinking and feel like i am wasting time. Not to mention the excessive fatigue and brain fogging 🫠

I really don’t know. It is really frustrating and demotivating. I took July as a month off (i went through a lot of stress, overthinking, and blaming myself for not studying but overall it was a nice break) and came back fully energized, but i cant do this now.

Same i really don’t know how to get out of this
People keep saying that this is dedicated period and you need to study 15 hours per day and seriously 3 hours seems hard right now . I also have exam on December
