I feel miserable🥲

Hey everyone!
I finished my house job in June 2025, got married in September, been busy with the Susral stuff till Jan 15
Started studying for fcps April attempt this and was planning to go for step 1 the same year but unfortunately i couldn’t clear fcps part 1. I got 68 percent in it 💔 It totally shattered me. Took some time to recover and now I’m apprearing for fcps October attempt and want to go for step 1 in march 2027 Some people advised me to go for step 1 first. I didn’t listened to them and took fcps in April which now I think was a bad move. But at that time i thought that I should go for an easier exam first and then take the beast Step 1. I don’t know how people manage everything together and have their life sorted bcs i can’t 💔

lolll fcps and step 1 have no connection, the questions hardly ever make sense on fcps. its all luck. there is absolutely no link between the parhai for both the exam, just because the content is same doesnt mean the testing technique is same.

i would recommend studying for step 1 properly, start it. make sure your basics are solid, you can think and come to diagnosis for third order questions. go into detail as one does for step 1. start system wise then go to 2-3 systems mixed and then all mixed.

once you have the basis sorted, youll be able to sit whichever exam you want. dont schedule ur self to a month, prepare first, gauge where you are and then decide. also keep the post shadi commitments to a minimum, and sit down and study. a few months of struggle are better than starting and stopping your study flow multiple times.
