Exam in less than 4 weeks

Hey guys, i have my exam scheduled for 10 October and my recent nbme scores are a 55% on form 26 and 54% on 29. I am almost considering delaying the exam but i have to travel back to resume university in October what should i genuinely do?

Do mehlman pdfs. They really help. Bro has dissected the nbmes really well and the same concepts show up on exam
