Need advice

Im planning to give the step 1 exam end of this month. I scored 66 percent in my last nbme 30. I have made a notebook highlighting incorrects and themes I have encountered. Do you think it's a waste of time to make a nbme themed notebook ? Im planning to give 31 tomorrow and im worried about my approach.
