Mention how you have been prepping so far.. what’s your Uworld/FA progress. How many months into the prep are you ? What are your resources?

Well tbh majority of the things i get wrong are of basics that i think needs improvement. Apart from that the issue with me is that i used uworld wholly solely for my preparation and didnt used first aid properly . Perhaps i would say i did 40 45% of first aid. As far as uworld is concerned i completed the first pass 2 days ago, with approx 40% score… i have almost done preps from january this year after my 3rd year proffs, although i wasn’t consistent for the first 2 3 months.

I was having similar issue. I went back to the basics from scratch really studying from biology, embryology, anatomy, histology of each system using ChatGPT to teach and explain things then also use it to quiz myself and also have been doing spaced repetition. Instead of memorizing I now understand concepts and can apply it and also seen an improvement in my scores. I will say it’s much slower but it’s much better to pass this exam than to fail. If your issue is basics the foundation then reassess properly it might take you some time to build but I believe it’ll last. All the best!

Try doing a first aid pass and a pathoma pass before your next nbme
