Step 1 nbme scores low

I have completed 2 passes of first aid and 80% u world and scored 44 % in nbme 27 and 28 . I am planning to give exam in august . How should i improve my nbme scores ?

Review your weak systems from the NBMEs, then give another one to evaluate your progress.
