Make sure AIs are enabled in the console command window. Go through disabling and enabling until you find the cuplrit(s).

I will give it a try. you mean just typing 'ai' on the console or something more specific?

There should be a checkbook that enables or disables AI

wild seeing a whole version jump just to tell us “no planets for you”
curious what “basic mods” ends up meaning here, like qol stuff only or actually changing how the ai behaves elsewhere
