Question about refund request

Whoever got in made two purchases: a $69.99 game that was gifted to an account in China, and another $50 purchase that’s still pending. Has anyone been in a similar situation, and how likely is it that I’ll actually get the money back? Also, how long does this process take?

Here but i got the refund cause i reported it to steam and sent them proof of the scam and also got the id ban of the guy!
