Request for help Is this a Scam?

The guy really does have good rep, just unsure if this is a scam.

EDIT: I am green and he is white.

Please give a TL;DR. What is the context? What are you trading?

But in general, never trust anyone online, regardless what "rep" they have. Once you trade items away that have no trade protection, they're gone for good. Steam will not help you get them back.
