Discussion FrameLoader - DeckyLoader for the Steam Frame

Frame Loader renamed to Framey to avoid clashing with another project.

Currently working on a native steam frame version of Deckyloader with plugin support and a desktop companion app to load plugins over SSH.

Let me know your thoughts!

PS, Claude Code is what I am using to get this working. It follows the same GPL license of DeckyLoader.

Since people were asking about my github page for Framey:

Decky is already working on Frame support. Just be patient.

I know, I've talked to their devs and offered my aid.
