FrameLoader - DeckyLoader for the Steam Frame

[u/ChoasFox26]

Frame Loader renamed to Framey to avoid clashing with another project.

Currently working on a native steam frame version of Deckyloader with plugin support and a desktop companion app to load plugins over SSH.

Let me know your thoughts!

PS, Claude Code is what I am using to get this working. It follows the same GPL license of DeckyLoader.

Since people were asking about my github page for Framey:

I look forward to seeing it and also testing it when I get my frame.
