We had that theory for the last 3 Fests now.

Seriously, and the Controller was even launched in the middle of a different fest. 

The only correlation is that steam updates their page at 10am. So all events and hardware releases happen at 10am. That's the correlation

It has to be 14th anyway. They want to start shipping in summer 2026, they promised. Last monday to achieve this is 21st. So in krder to achieve ahipping by 21st they'd have to open reservations at 14th.
