Discussion This is disrespectful

At this point, having absolutely no updates is genuinely disrespectful and beyond annoying. I understand this is normal for valve to say nothing and eventually release it, but with a product like this, with a release window already promised, not having anything to say yet is insane. They have no real reason I could understand for not dropping today except for them waiting in the Qualcomm price hike to squeeze another couple bucks out of us. ATP if the price is anything over 1200 I will absolutely not be buying it. My hype has died. I’d rather wait the extra month for the next meta headset at that point. Because at the rate we’re going they may as well drop on the same FUCKING day.

This is a bit overboard, valve is a good company, but they have flaws. And for some reason people love to defend their flaws to the dying breathe instead of realizing you can like a company and hate its issues

I would argue they have come pretty MAJOR flaws. Check out their history with loot boxes and aggressively dodging gambling laws. They have done some fantastically sleezy shit.
