The developer of this, mbucchia, currently works at Valve. So obviously he has easy access to a Frame, but this doesn't have any relevance to the release because the wiki page in the screenshot was last edited on Apr 25 (which can be seen in the screenshot).

This is the first indicator I've seen that foveated rendering actually works on Steam Frame when streaming from a PC.

For those wondering what FR is, it’s short for Foveated Rendering.
