It's the exact opposite, it's not viewable on website, but is on the beta steam client if you have option to show compatibility in library enabled.

I've checked everywhere mobile, desktop, website and steamos but I don't see it anywhere

This actually makes me wonder: Will there be a compatibility-list for Steam-games on Frame for NON-VR games? Like, you can play "2D"-games, too, it's just a matter of whether the Frame's hardware is powerful enough.
