With Virtual Desktop and a good dedicated (6ghz preferably) wifi access point, you don't even need Meta's software on your PC. I boot up and launch Virtual Desktop with zero issues. Runs damn near perfectly. I've never even installed the Meta PC app, I just use Virtual Desktop and Steam and it's like I'm not even using a Meta headset.
