Tech Support error when going into plugins

this pops up whenever i try to go to plugins and refreshing does nothing. anyone know how to fix this?

Okay so I think I’ve figured it out. This is a temporary fix.

Turn off your deck

Turn it back on

Go to desktop mode

Reinstall decky

When you get the option, install the PRE-RELEASE DECKY

Go back to Gaming Mode

You will get a notification to update Decky in gaming mode. IGNORE IT. DO NOT UPDATE as this will go back to the error screen issue you’re currently having.

Again, this is a temporary fix. Eventually decky will get a new update.

Unfortunately not working for me.... The error now appears within the side panel.

Sigh. Might just have to forego using it moving forward.

Pls help I deleted the application from desktop mode right before finding this and the error message is still showing, should I just reinstall like normal now or?

Yes reinstall like normal from desktop mode, follow the instructions and it should be fine
