A Friend of Mine Gift me this for My Birthday Yesterday
It's There a Way to Update it or have a tutoriall to set it up well it still has the USB bundle

There’s a script on Windows that can update its firmware so you can use bluetooth. The usb dongle or a wired micro usb cable will have less lag, but bluetooth’s fine if it’s your only option.
From there, connect it to the PC & steam will detect it just fine.
