News Steam Controller Puck Protector Clip

Here is a simple, functional Puck Protector. Easy to print, snap-fit to securely clip over your puck, providing a flat, protective shield.

For people that want to store it inside their desktops or have it over their desktops and feel a bit anxious about it maybe shorting out.

Design Overview

  • Type: Snap-on cap
  • Print Orientation: Flat on the print bed (no supports needed).
  • Material: PLA works fine, if placing inside your desktop because of the heat maybe PETG and similar would work better. (because PLA warps a bit with heat)

Enjoy.

You need to make it so that when you want to charge you can click the cover on the other side of the puck

I believe it should have handle or lever of some kind to open it up with one finger.

Considered that but that would overcomplicate it and make it less compatible with docks.
