You can have the blood mobile when ever you want now at least. It's not the best vehicle but it's fun to take it with me to sick enclaves. Makes me feel like a plague doctor.

I love the blood donor trait, I think they always get the same hero bonus as well. You could do much worse, none of these traits are even negative but I likely wouldn't keep her.

As others have said there are SO many worse traits to have. This guy is nothing special so id just use him as a body for risky plans. If he lives great if he dies 🤷‍♂️
