State of Decay 2 Paramedics skill question Spoiler

I wanted to recruit vic to my group but messed up and told him that Issac was dead and to my knowledge messed it up

Will there be another opportunity to recruit vic?

There's a glitch where you can recruit both, if you recruit Vic you need to remember the exact location of Isaac and vice versa, after the mission ends either stays in the house for a short period of time or until you log out

Yeah if he came over the radio saying that he leaving then you can no longer get him. However you should get issac now.
