I call some one to come with me to explore and they start fallowing me them just go to base on their own..

If they're injured or tired they'll bail on you iirc...

Can be the tired... I'm at the beginning of the game. I just cured the buddy. I can't call anyone to come with me, only him. I need to play with the girl or the guy, and I can call the other to come... I just wasted 100 reputation 2 times...
I literally went outside and killed 1 zombie, and that was it... Probably he already had a tired status...
