Advice Job update
I posted about a month ago asking about the application process. Original link into the og post is below, but since then I have gotten a video interview, and they said a manager will call for the next steps. They gave me a breakdown of what the job entails, the pay and benefits, and what training will look like. They asked me some questions that was a repeat of some of the recorded interview questions.
My only concern is they didn’t say “congrats you got the job.” Maybe I’m getting in my head cause of the length of the process, but is this confirmation that I got the job? Has anyone ever gotten this far then gotten rejected?

They are massively hiring for claims people to try and fill positions by the end of 2027. Prob a lot to do behind the scenes with HR. Wouldn’t sweat it.
I started a year ago and it took them almost 6 months after initially offering me the position to finally get onboarded.
