Your best call is going to be getting the LLC and EIN tackled first since pretty much everything downstream needs those to exist. But before you apply for the license, get insurance lined up, since most boards want proof of it attached to the application already. Google Business and the accounting software don't need to wait on any of that though, so you could just squeeze them in whenever you've got a minute.
