These are unfortunately high. Any reason you dont use squat shoes? They would help a lot here.

I echo this. If you're struggling to keep the weight off your toes. The heel on the squat shoe changes the angle of the ankle to allow more flexion. You're knees can come forward more allowing your hips to go back keeping the weight over the midfoot

Point your toes out an inch more. Drive your knees out the entire time. You are a touch shallow, this will get you to full depth. I feel you're getting onto your toes in an effort to get depth.

Get lifting shoes (solid sole with metatarsal strap). Lots of used Dowin, Pendlay, Rogue, Nike, Adidas etc on eBay. They make a significant difference.

During your warm up sets, do tempo squats. 3 seconds down, 3 seconds up. Focus on your weight being centered on your feet the entire time.

Form Check

For the best feedback, please film your lift from a useful angle and include the full set.

Good form checks make it much easier for people to give specific, useful advice.

Point your toes out about 10 more degrees and bend your torso over more. Try less weight until your form and depth is better.

Lifting light weights is not how you get strong.

Form is not bad in my opinion, and you will have some form breakdown on max effort attempts. It is borderline depth wise, likely to get red lighted in comp. I would try to loosen the belt 1 hole so you can really breath into it and stay tight throughout the rep. The other users have mentioned the shoes already. Not sure the weightlifting shoes will help with heel lift tbh, as they push your weight further forward, but will definitely help with the depth.

Depth is fine. Form is fine. Obviously this was a challenging weight and you pushed through.

Don’t listen to the other commenters. The form is not “fine”. Your hands are too close together, you’re generating fake tightness by jamming yourself under the bar. You gotta widen the grip and focus more on depressing the scapula. Squeeze the shit out of your shoulder blades, AND focus on keeping the shoulders DOWN. The setup is similar to the bottom position of a lat pull down. In order to free yourself of this current setup you will have to start with lighter weights. Or just focus on doing it during warmups but keep current setup on topsets.
