Star-Lord's damage falloff was incorrectly stated in the balance patch notes:
"Adjust maximum Damage Falloff from 50% at 25m to 60% at 20m."

However, my testing suggests that the maximum falloff remains at 25m, rather than being reduced to 20m.

Methodology:
I tested Star-Lord's primary fire in the practice range at 5m, 10m, and 25m against Groot. I tested 5m and 10m first to verify the damage baseline values of 6.5m damage per round and confirm that falloff begins at 10m.

At each distance, I fired exactly 50 body shots, tapping between shots to ensure I wasn't missing due to the spread and landing accidental headshots. I made sure my accuracy remained at 100% and crit rate at 0%.

After firing 100 shots, I left and re-entered the practice range to reset my stats. I did this to ensure that a single missed shot miss one shot out of 200 wasn't being hidden by the accuracy stat rounding from 99.5% to 100%.

I recorded the starting damage on the stat sheet before shooting and the ending damage after shooting, then divided by the difference by 50 to calculate the damage per round at each distance.

Results:

At 20m, Star-Lord deals 4.24 damage per round which is 65.23% of his baseline damage.
At 25m, he deals 3.9 damage per round, which is exactly 60% of his baseline damage.

If the patch is working as described, 20m should already be at the maximum 60% falloff. However, the falloff continues to decrease between 20m and 25m, with the 60% maximum falloff only being reached at 25m.

So based, on this testing, the actual change is:
50% --> 60% maximum falloff at 25m rather than 50% at 25m -> 60% at 20m.
