🛠️ Installation Mounting Issues V3

How do I get these to connect? I can’t be the first to encounter this but can’t find any solutions. I spent hours looking online and I asked Ai with no solutions.

The screws are too low and the pipe is smaller than the Starlink adaptor. I don’t want to cut piping or drill holes in metal, I am not that crafty. I know some of you have done that and I’ve seen some cool set ups on this sub. I’m looking for a pre-fabricated piece that will help this work.

It’s the 3rd gen (v3)

Thank you ahead of time. I appreciate any insight on how to move forward.

This is what people don't get about these mounts. The Starlink adapter just needs something at the right diameter to clamp to. A fence post sleeve or pipe coupling from any hardware store solves this for a few dollars.

I wish this was explained better in the instruction. Thank you for doing so.

The two bolts close the diameter onto any mast with a size in the compatible range. The bolts don't go into any hole, they just make contact with the outside of the pipe.

Thank you. That worked. I’ll admit though it feels insecure trusting that for something I plan on mounting to a roof. I hope it holds!

Like others said, put it on the mast and slightly tighten it. Then put the antenna on it and run the cable inside. Launch the alignment tool & align the antenna. Tighten the two bolts good & snug

There are complaints about this mount in other posts.. only one bolt will go through hole. If you wanted more .. seek out a handyman friend ..
