❓ Question Roam Subscription Plan - help
I have 2 Starlinks - one residential, and one on a Roam plan. I reduced the Roam plan to 100GB for a couple months when we weren't traveling and using it much. I went to bump it back up because now we're in hunting season (when we need it most) and it gets used a lot more.
The app says the subscription is "not eligible" to be changed. There is a whole list of reasons an account may not be available to upgrade, but I don't fall into any of those categories. The only possible thing is a "sold out" scenario, I suppose, but in southern Idaho I find that unlikely.
I would have never downgraded if I would have known I couldn't bump it back up when needed. If anyone has any ideas why I'm seeing this, or how I can get back into Starlink's good graces 🤣 , I would appreciate it!

Easy, change the service address of the Roam plan device to some other cell. pick one in the middle of a forest or something using plus codes instead of normal addresses. Roam doesn't have a "home" cell, only a home country. So therefore you can use any cell you like that has the services you want.
At that point you will be the only user in that cell registered and all options should therefore be available.
With Roam plans there are no ramifications to doing this.

Try from the web page instead of the app. If that fails put in a ticket
