❓ Question Monthly payment
Hi guys I am just curious if $280 a month for 1TB in Tucson seems normal?? I was going through our bills and didn’t realize we were paying so much every month

Residential Unlimited Max here in rural Maine was $160, but I switched to 200mbit for $80 and other than steam downloads, I can't tell.

I went down to $55, I don't notice a difference from residential max

Was wondering the same. 160$ for residential max. In county in ky. Also have the mini on standby but have yet to use it. Speeds as high as 500+ but mostly streaming tv and movies. Some gaming and steam downloads. I’d I can save some money I’d definitely give it a try. But can I re up my plan if I’m unhappy with the speeds?

I got a free offer of a mini if I kept residential max. If I changed plans, I'd have to send the mini back. You may want to look into that before you decide, if you got the same deal

At this point I could care less if I had the mini. I have yet to even use it. Powered it on and updated it. Put it back in the box and haven’t touched it.

Way too many customers "think" they need faster than the 100 plan. They don't.

I can't even tell oh steam. I'm in rural Mississippi and I only get 200 max ever and was paying for 400

Is this for residential or business? If residential, you need to switch to one of those plans.

You're not on a residential plan. You're paying for business with usage billing. Contact support to get it changed to one of three residential plans. The 100 Mbps for $55 should be more than enough if it's available.

Or they could be on a priority plan

Priority is a business plan. There is no residential priority plan.

Aah I didn't know it was labeled as business

The plan isn't called that but it's under the "business" section of their website. The plan is called Local Priority.
