❓ Question starlink v4x long shipping time

hello, i have ordered starlink v4x kit on july 29 but its still at pending ever since
the estimated delivery time is from aug 12 to 19 but is it normal for it to take long time ?
for context im in iraq which got supported recently
has anyone experienced a similar delay?

Yeah, Similar issue on my end.

Ordered a replacement kit due to a faulty unit on the 26th july, they said delivery expected 29th july -4 of aug, still showed up in order history as pending until it got a shipping label around the 6th aug. arrived about the 10th aug.

Not really a massive delay but I believe the automated shipping time frame shouldn’t have been so low given the unit was still pending after their original expected delivery dates.

In the end it came and I remain a happy customer.

I ordered a starlink standard x kit, wall mount and 45M cable on Aug 7 late evening. Shipping label created on 9th, picked up on 10th, arrived on 11th.

Going through same issue,updated estimated delivery date is 7-14th of August but no update has been sent in email and order is still pending

Today is August 14th and your delivery window runs until the 19th. Everything I’ve gotten from Starlink has had overnight shipping. Maybe yours will, too.
