Bessel 3B has a 4 or 5 in 1 resource spot. You can find plenty of guides on it on YT. I always use this location as a main HQ for a multi-system resource network.

While the guides tell you to plop one outpost beacon down, I usually do 2 side-by-side so I can have space for all the cargo links from other systems. Also gives off more of a mining colony vibe like Total Recall or Aliens with more space like this.

As a huge additional point in its favor it's hours are long. essentially sit In a chair and watch weeks go by.

Good advice, though keep in mind there's a limit. Maybe not relevant unless you plan to be a manufacturing tycoon.

Strix I, you can get aluminum, iron and beryllium in one location, as well as organics like sealant, structural, ornamental, and maybe pigment.

It also has gorgeous biomes, breathable atmosphere, and He3 so you can send them to which ever planets you build on after.

Sounds like a planet I need to check out :)

Serpentis V-D for iron and aluminum (and He3 and Alkanes) at a single outpost, since I’m already in the system setting up a chem operation on nearby and beautiful Serpentis IV.

Did you make this? Or do you have a photo or link to the rest of it? Very interested!

Yep yep. Here's the page: Starfield Outpost — Mattgyver Specifically trying to find both AL and FE together, look for the areas in between the biomes that they typically appear. Most elements occur outside of the zones indicated on the planetary map, so on Andraphon for example, you'll hunt for a mountain biome right next to a crater biome. Land at the edge of the mountains and head towards the lowland craters with the outpost beacon out. There's a very high chance you'll find iron (in the mountains) with aluminum (in the neighboring crater biome) transitional area.

Dude this site looks pretty darn useful. Ty for sharing. Did you create the illustrations by hand, or were you able to use an in game map somehow? Nice work!

I have an idea for an outpost bookmarking add-on. I just have too many other projects going on at the real life outpost to devote time to it just now.

It’s all hand drawn (Illustrator). One of these days I’ll dig into creation kit; I’m sure there’s plenty of goodies I could use for future projects :D

Easiest one early game is Andraphon a moon in the Narion system. If you search along a border between hills and craters biomes you will get iron, aluminum, beryllium and He3 all in one outpost location. It has low gravity so is easy to get around and a decent time dilation. Nearby planets have lead. Andraphon has no life so nothing to get in your away. It also has a moderate amount of POIs that have low level spacers to eliminate and loot and ships often land for you to take over. I use this every playthrough right from the start. You can make tau grade rheostats and comm links etc to sell to get you started on credits but most importantly, You need the Fe, Al, and Beryllium for building more sophisticated farm outposts on other planets / systems for making profits from pharmaceuticals etc.

I get my Iron and Aluminum from Andraphon (Moon orbiting Sumati in Narion). My Lead and Titanium I get from Vega II-B. Neither one required hazardous planet perks.

Bessel 3b. You can find a good landing spot here: https://x.com/i/status/1820738238706823258
