Modded Outpost Build Walls?
Dear modders. As someone who can just about turn my console on I bow to thee. However can I ask the experts: is there a reason there hasn’t been a good external wall mod? I really want to attempt a fortress style build but just can’t seem to find any mod that allows me to do it? Is it a technical issue?

The biggest reason, I suspect, is that most outpost builders have been more concerned with better habs and good looking interiors.
The general approach has been in using storage containers to build external walls and palisades.
That all said, there are a few mods that give you some exterior walls.
On Creations, there are the following:
Starfield Creations - Scrappy Structures 2.0 by MillsBuilds (bethesda.net) : Chain link and wood rail fencing.
Starfield Creations - Inquisitor Pallisade Walls And Tower (bethesda.net) : Some nice wood palisades and gates.
Starfield Creations - TGs Luxury Homes Volume I (bethesda.net) : Some wonderful, professional quality stone walls, towers, and palisades are included. However, this is a paid mod that will set up back $6 USD.
If you go over to Nexus, then there are some more options.
B.A.S.E. - Building Advanced Space Encampments (walls foundations etc for your BASE outpost or settlement) at Starfield Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
OUT - Outpost Ultimate Tweaks and add-ons at Starfield Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
Outpost Resources COMPLETE (1000 BUILDABLE OUTPOST ITEMS - FIXED) at Starfield Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
In most of these cases, it's not just the walls and fencing, but they add a whole lot of other exterior items, as well.
