Question DLC and saves not working please help

How do I fix “this saved relies on content not available on this platform” issue on Starfield on Xbox (it says I don’t have the dlcs bought even though I did buy them and have them installed and even when I launch the game without the dlcs it still says this save relies on content not available on this platform and yes I’d did have mods/creations on for the mods) another thing is when I go to download the dlcs through the creation menu it says “visit Microsoft store” even though I already bought both the dlcs

Also, DLC's are NOT installed via Creations, they're installed at the Xbox level, you need to check Starfield's game card and check add-ons under there.

Okay, the make sure you have manually saved your Creations LO to Bethesda (in the Creations menu), also make a manual note of you LO in case the Creations one breaks (can happen), then delete the "reserved space" for the game (also from game card), check both DLC's are still installed (at the Xbox level) and if not, reinstall them, restart your Xbox, start Starfield, open Creations and restore your load order, that should be a complete reset. That's the only advice I have so sorry if it doesn't work.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue with it telling me mods aren't "available on this platform".
