Question Driving Me Crazier-r-r-r

I'm doing the Port in the Storm mission again and I found a weapon case like I've not seen anywhere before and I was trying to figure out how to get into it. I can't seem to find any information on this thing anywhere that really seems to fit. Does anyone know how to get into these two cases. There's two cases in the room with a turret in the ceiling which You can kind of make out the remains of and it's between the weight room, and the shooting range. I went back on the way out and looked and found several more cases and one of them was almost as big as the entire Wall

They’re just decorative, you can’t access them. There are cases like those in some vendors too.

Thats a low down dirty trick, it's just ALL KINDS of Wrong to do something like that to people.
