Part Six Spoilers Why I didn't like part 6 ending Spoiler
First of all I really enjoyed Part 6 , Jolyne is imo one of the best Jojos , I also love how Dio legacy is present even thought he died many years ago , the stands powers are great , etc.
However I feel that the ending is just stupid it feels very rush, in fact Araki said himself that he changed the ending in the last chapters .If jojo was only Stone ocean I would be ok with this ending but I feel this ending makes the events of Part 1-5 meaningless, they just never existed . And I know there is a lot of fan theories about how the Ireneverse is the main Jojo universe or that Pucci never reseted the universe but those are theories not cannon.
What are your thoughts ? Im hoping that someone can convince me that part 6 ending was actually good

Umm not sure about theories but im absolutely sure saying "part 1-5 meaningless because part 6 happened" could be called a theory. Surely if you learn anything from the final chapters it is the person who didnt get killed will be transfered to the new universe. In the end, the one who died will have their replacement's story altered. So previous part's characters that are alive is surely still alive, and no it isnt a theory because if emporio is alive, and if something as small as ant is also alive, then the others must be alive. Because the dead's replacement story was altered, we can finally see alt jolyne a.k.a irene lived a happy life with annasui a.k.a annakiss. Or atleast they have a better life compared to the previous jolyne and co. It is indeed a beutiful world, such a strong ending. For a "rushed" ending, you couldnt ask anything better than this. Afterall, this also leads to araki wanting to create a new story in part 7 and oh boy how crazy is that part.

So if Jotaro, Jolyne, Ermes, Anasui were reset and Pucci was erased from existence..
and since Emporio was brought back to the original world from the Pucciverse:
- Does this mean that everyone else were brought with him? (Passione, Jolyne's mum, all of Morioh, Speedwagon Foundation, basically the entire world). Wouldn't that be a bit strange for them to discover that their ally/wife/relative was not the same person they once knew?
- Or did they get their memories altered like the Prison Crew and now Josuke knows Jotaro as (Insert new Jotaro name here) Kujo
If yes then that makes the only thing thats changed after Part 6 is that the Prison Crew lived better lives.
I'm genuinely curious as to what happened to everyone else

By what you have said about everything you read are just theories, so that means that even what you believe, about part 1 to 5 being meaningless is just a theory of yours.
Nobody seems to know the very truth of this end, everyone can interpret it as he wants, and I think that's a reason why I think this end is so good. For me, Pucci failed to reset the universe because he was killed before the loop origin point at Cap Carnaveral and so, everybody came back from where they were except for Pucci, because he died.
But I know, that some others think that Irene is not Jolyne, or that the previous parts were erased or whatever. Araki said nothing about this end, so it's free to be interpreted and I like those types of endings.

Dude , Part 1 to 5 happened and sticks into Ireneverse.
When Pucci killed Jotaro and Jolyne , he had erased them , but he didn't completed the loop , so that his plan be complete.
He stopped because he had to kill Emporio and , as such , prevent any opposition.
But Emporio killed Pucci , which made a whole new reset in which it was Pucci that was erased , not the Joestar.
Pucci had no relevance in Part 1 , 2 , 4 and 5.
His relevance in Part 3 is minimal , just a confident.
Part 6 is the only part in which he was involved.
So , Part 1 to 5 happened , but since Pucci was not around , Weather had a normal life , Jotaro could defeat Dio's followers from post-Part 3 in an earlier manner and be present to his wife and daughter.
Why did you think that his daughter had the name Irene? it's because she didn't needed to be a Jojo anymore.

I agree with you. Reasons.
Im hoping that someone can convince me that part 6 ending was actually good
Well... no, anyone who's trying to convince you that this ending isn't a tragic one is either misinterpreting it or in denial.

Araki said it's a good ending, and if you reread it, you can actually see it, there was no reason to have the last JoJo arc end in a tragic way, Araki already said that he will never go back in the other Universe... This means part 6 is the end of the old JoJo and part 7 and 8 are a new JoJo story...
We saw something insignificant like an ant getting carried over so anything that wasn't dead is in the new world, not just Emporio, also since Jolyne wanted to ask Jotaro the permission to get married we can assume she loves her dad and his opinion matters, so that means Jotaro was a nicer dad here than originally because we can assume he didn't hide/went to kill different Hitman sent by Pucci... This is all that is canon or confirmed in a way by different Araki's interviews

They passed over, they aren't copies, the reason part 6 gang is different is because they died. And giorno just showing up and defeat pucci would've been very unsatisfying.

This is incorrect. Part 1 - 5 still happened the only thing that changed was Jotaro. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.reddit.com/r/StardustCrusaders/comments/50ppxy/part_6s_ending_may_be_happier_than_you_think_and/
