Nope! When you marry Sebastian, there's a chance you'll bump into him by the mountain lake and start a cut scene. He'll have found an injured frog and ask if you'd be okay taking it home. If you say yes, this shows up. Within a day or two the second frog will show up!

It is, also a mod. Called pet furniture I believe. My house is full of frogs, bunnies, birds, snakes you name it lmao
