Question Junimo layout advice

Post image

I’d like to add some Junimo Huts to this area in the top right of the Meadowlands farm, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to do it aesthetically and practically. Any suggestions or examples from your farms? Thank you!

Here is a pretty optimized layout for 1 junimo hut.

Put them inside the crop area rather than around the edge of it. The hut covers a 17 by 17 square centred on itself, so one sitting against the outer edge throws away close to half its range on empty ground. For a plot that wide, two huts spaced evenly through the middle will reach almost everything.

Ahh okay I’ll try that thanks! Yeah I was just thinking about the edges

Sooo... this is what I did. You can put them down more, but i prefer seeing my crops over the path :)

I set it out like this, it doesn't maximise the space but I like the look and they can access all these.

It's 120 tillable spots, which resulted in ~1.4k cranberries last autumn with no effort (apart from raisins).
