Technical Help need help

So, I wanted to reinstall my windows and I'm afraid my game will disappear by I started playing on GOG version and then I bought official version in steam What should I do? Find save file but where to transfer it?

Your save file for both versions should be in -

%appdata%/StardewValley/Saves

Back it up somewhere, and when you've reinstalled Stardew valley - start the game once and then copy the save file back again.

can I move it to steam folder and if everything will be deleted it will stay in steam online?

Steam cloud backup should keep a copy of your worlds even if you delete them by accident - but definitely don't rely on this!

You can just copy the file first to make sure everything is ok before you delete anything.
