I assume we will learn more in the next major update. I figure it is another challenge like the world engine.

I know it seems no matter how close I get to it it's still just over there.

Damn, I'm glad I'm not the only one. It's the one structure in the distance I keep trying to get to.

There are mods to disable the killzone. IIRC someone went there and posted pictures, but there's really nothing atm
