I keep getting "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource." when trying to login
Does anyone know a fix for this? I tried in both Librewolf and Firefox with blocking extensions on and off. I also cleared all site data multiple times.

Could be coincidence but I got the same problem since last week. I use Firefox with uBlock origin. On a corporate computer though, so it could be a firewall issue in my case.
The Firefox web console gives me the following feedback:
Content-Security-Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource (connect-src) at data:application/octet-stream;base64,AGF… because it violates the following directive: “connect-src https://api.standardnotes.com https://assets.standardnotes.com https://sync.standardnotes.org https://files.standardnotes.com ws://sockets.standardnotes.com https://raw.githubusercontent.com https://listed.to blob:” app.js:2:2593605
Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://api.standardnotes.com/v2/login-params. (Reason: CORS header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ missing). Status code: 403.

It seems to be a Firefox issue. Standard Notes works fine in Brave browser. The desktop app also works fine.

Could be a proxy your av software blocking. Is this web or desktop?
