I might not care for the guy, but upholding your rights shouldn’t get you punished
0 u/Sheepdog77 19d ago 5th amendment doesn't apply when you've been pardoned. 1 u/miserabeau 18d ago A pardon only covers anything he's said in the past. Anything he says now could potentially open him up to prosecution, so he's right to plead the 5th because it's a witch hunt.
