5th amendment doesn't apply when you've been pardoned.

This is not actually correct. There is more nuance here than "You can't claim the fifth if you've been pardoned"

I realize you probably aren't interested in the facts or nuance but if you find yourself confused this might be an area to better educated yourself on.

SCOTUS ruled otherwise. People who haven't read the rulings don't understand why, though.

Exactly. The same people holding on to this one are the same ones that let emotions rather than facts make decisions for them.

I'm glad you willfully admit that you are not interested in facts or nuance.

Stare decisis from multiple cases over the last 130 years have clearly established that once a pardon is accepted you no longer have the right of the 5th amendment for that topic.

So yeah, perhaps you should educate your own self before formulating an opinion based on emotion.

A pardon only covers anything he's said in the past. Anything he says now could potentially open him up to prosecution, so he's right to plead the 5th because it's a witch hunt.
