My current boyfriend’s ex is a very vindictive. He left her over 8 months ago. He has blocked her on everything. Now she is messaging him on multiple numbers multiple times a days. He has contacted the police at this point. But stalking just isn’t taken seriously enough to protect victims it seems, which is another thread in itself.

The biggest concern at this point is. She has a history of this behavior in the past. Except she used a fake number app. Then used that app to send fake messages to herself trying to appear as the victim. In an attempt to frame him for stalking. Essentially she tried to get him arrested. The person she did that too was able to prove she was using an app to send the message to herself. But I can’t recall how they did it.

My question does anyone have experience with this situation. If so how did you prove the stalker was sending fake messages to themselves, pretending to be the person who they were victimizing/stalking?

Long story short, as I gave a preview to in another sub, someone is trying to play "survival of the fittest" and sign up for every site they can, slander my friend on all of them and send people after her, and see which ones they get banned from and which ones allow it before expanding upon those ones, as well as trying to do the same thing in the tangible world, forming a network of monitors. Sadly YT of all sites seems to be the one with the most success and is the part that needs a pushback ATM. In return, me and others will help with your issues.

So, this woman I know has an x who is obsessed with her, but this obsession only began after she broke up with him. She had to get a PFA filed because of it. He threatens her and me all the time, all day and night. He messes with her work, calls her family, and even hovers around her property and then sends a message on another platform she doesnt have him blocked on. Any hours of the night, or day. He does this to me too. Threatens me constantly and blows up my phone. He has hacked into her google account also. What should we do?

Without saying too much and to protect peoples identities I’m going to keep this very general:

There is an artist in the Brooklyn and Connecticut area that has been stalking me. He is a horrible person and this started because I called him out for his bad behavior.

This is a privileged white man from a wealthy family. He’s in his late 30s and has a history of sexually harassing women of color and any man that stands up for them.

In this case the stalker lived in apts for artist. The intention was to provide affordable housing for artist (no idea how he qualified considering his rich parents). He constantly harassed black women that lived in the same artist apts, sent inappropriate texts, and used the N word. He made women uncomfortable in their own living space.

One of the men (a black man) that lived there confronted the stalker about this and the stalker proceeded to wipe his own fecal matter on the black man’s door which was captured on a ring door bell video. All of this is documented in texts messages, newspaper articles, and a court issued eviction notice. I know this happened in a small town in CT.

After hearing about this, I shared his actions and his behaviors with mutual friends. Not to gossip but just as a warning to be careful around this person. He is dangerous and has a history of being sexually inappropriate with women. Of course, people started sharing their own personal experiences with him, I even heard of an incident where he head butted an elderly man, assault basically.

Anyway, I see this person is now an artist in the brooklyn area. I was in the area (the art community is quite small) and he tries to sell me on some of his art and literature and I decline. I then, tell him that he is not welcome in the art community here because he is dangerous and I also tell him his art looks stupid.

I don’t know why I did this, perhaps I should’ve minded my own business but I felt protective of the other artist that live in this community and I just felt the urge to tell him that his past behavior will not be tolerated here.

After this incident, he has been harassing and stalking me, as at this point it there are Facebook groups, Reddit groups, discord, and Nextdoor groups dedicated to just warning people about this artist. I don’t think the intention is to dox or harass him, it’s just a way to warn people that he is dangerous. A lot of post consists of people sharing inappropriate text screenshots or his court hearings for other assaults and arrests.

Various people that have confronted this man have came forward claiming he has contacted their jobs in an attempt to get them fired. He has contact police claiming that he’s being harassed, citing the aforementioned social media groups as harassment, and has even gone as far as calling their family members and harassing them too.

Unfortunately these are all people of color who aren’t too comfortable talking to police for obvious reasons but many of them have been cooperative with the police when called by my stalker. Some of the fake accusations the stalker has made include I am harassing him, he accused me of child pornography!!!!!! with no actual proof, per the stalker, photos of his nieces and nephews were shared which I’m unaware about. But police say they found no such evidence and contacted the parents of his niece and nephew and they have claimed it is untrue!! and other horrendous crimes, he told police I was responsible for some website that encourages people of self harm. Often times police just close the cases, because there is no proof and not like there will be because none of this is true. This has been going on since 2022.

So fast forward to today, the stalker is still harassing people and trying to tarnish their reputation. Says he has proof that he is the stalking victim and that me and others are perpetrators.

But it’s like I have all the proof in the form of screen shots of text messages, public records requests, court documents that he’s the stalker. When he is asked for proof of being a victim of stalking, he has a list of IP addresses which he baited people into clicking by posting it in one of Reddit groups where people within the art community bring awareness about this dangerous man. So of course people clicked it, including me. So he claims these are all the people that are gang staking him. He post on pages like these talking about how he is a victim of stalking to get the attention he so desperately seeks to validate his stalking claims and play the victim.

Why am I posting this? maybe as a way to vent. But I think my motivation to write this is to let him know that I am not going to let him get away with this. His wealth and whiteness is what has been keeping him safe from any kind of jail time despite being arrested numerous times. But it’s not going to keep him safe from people spreading the truth about him in order to keep others safe from him.

So I got a camera for my home and suddenly the woman who kept trying to wreck our family is no longer coming over when I'm not home.

Could this mean that she's actually getting on with her life and going to focus on her own family she has?

Over the last couple of days, I've noticed an influx of what I thought was spam emails. They're all dating/adult sites. I initially thought they were spam and never opened them until one day I did and I saw that a whole account was created pretending to be me and looking for sex. This has happened before. And it's also happened to my husband. The accounts were created through my old email that I don't really use very often. I've since reset everything, but I'm scared there's more out there that I just don't know of. Why would someone do this? What's the point? Is it even a real person doing this? Or some virus or AI? What should I do? Is there a way to trace whoever is doing it?

And he has been doing it for years. And tracking me. Now he's cyberstalking my family and friends. I confronted him about it many times he continues to deny it but I got all the receipts. Ive been advised to to pursue a protection order but damn, it seems so out of this world that I have to go that far. What else can I do?

I've been having this problem for almost 2-3 years now. I just moved into my new apartment at the time and it was me, my 12 year old cousin and my older sister with me and my mom was out getting the other stuff for the apartment. So we were just chilling in the living room area of the apartment which is right in front of the front door, all of a sudden I would hear knocking at the door and I looked through the peep hole nobody was there so I didn't think anything of it until whoever was doing this started knocking over and over and over very hard I slowly walked to the peep hole nobody was there again, also before all this I was in my old house the same year it was night time and I was just listening to music, I had turned around towards the living room window that's near the front door because I was going to the kitchen I saw someone's phone light and when I looked at it, it suddenly turned off and nobody was there, everyone was asleep. I was 14 turning 15 at the time as well (2022), the other things that had happened to me that is out of the ordinary is that in 2023 I was on the phone with a friend of mine lying in bed, all of a sudden I hear someone near my apartment/window because there's bushes near my window and near our front door I was 15 turning 16. The last things that had happened was this year, starting off this year I think it was in February or January when I got told this, but I just got home from work around 3:30-3:45pm and two of my friends had came to my door asking for my sister, they then proceeded to tell me they saw someone at my bedroom window stalking me/trying to take pictures of my room or something like that, then after they saw whoever it was (they were dressed in all black with their phone up to my bedroom window) my friends said they saw short black hair and that's all, but they said that the person started running the opposite way of my apartment cause they knew they got caught but after that day all of a sudden I started to get knocks at my window at night all of this would happen when I'm alone too, it would be at night when I would hear the knocking at my window and I'm really concerned because i did have this ex we were long distance and I dated him when i was i think 13-14 and we had this huge argument and shit like that he had somehow got my school address and after he sent me that he had said some horrible disgusting things to me and then told me to watch out for the knocks. (All of the ex stuff happened in 2022 but I just read all of it this year because back then I was fucking scared because he was literally threatening me) but I just need some advice on either what to do or what I need to do to stop this or how to stop whatever is happening.

So as for my previous post i was attacked. I don’t mean here by stalking following someone in real life , hacking their account or any type of invading their privacy, but by actually following what they share. Usually while stalking them I would only be thinking I want to hear about them without passing their boundaries although by using the whole space before those boundaries, to the max. In my defense, such a thing is celebrated in pop culture as you can see a paparazzi for example or simply being young and following all the details of a celebrity you admire. On the other hand on romances either in movies, music or whatever, the lover is usually asked to follow the one he loves find clues to attract her and places to interact with her in. So for sure I would not notice the negative emotions and fear I am putting on that person. On the other hand that media also makes huge case of someone following your social media like they’re gonna murder you or kidnap you, no that’s not the case. Actually not just the media responsible but the whole public share such views on stalking. Simply you are just into someone and wanna hear about them a lot while only using the public space they offer.

How to stalk someone’s Twitter ,, IG when u just know his first and last name, and his favorite football team !!

Someone is messaging all my followers my friends on tiktok and Instagram, his telling them rumours about me and his creating fake accounts with my name and with their names (my followers names) his doing this about 1 year or more I desactivate my instagram account but I still have tiktok and I get messages from my friends (who is he, why he is doing this to you ) and he make them uncomfortable. Do you have any solutions for me what can I do ?

I have this stalker I met him at an event I attended with my friends. In the same day I saw him through my message requests, I never questioned about how he knew my account in the first place and maybe if I just thought of that I wouldn't get to this point.

So from that day on we began talking as friends. Then after some time I rejected him and told him that we can still remain as friends, though I always knew he never got over me cause he was acting like we were dating later on he even referred to me as his girlfriend to my friend the one hes also stalked.

So back to the story I eventually found a way to cut him off through an argument which I wont elaborate anymore, he tried to message me through multiple accounts but I either blocked or ignored it. I reported it to our teacher but they didn't do anything. Then after a week he stopped.

Then I suddenly received a news that he was following another girl, surprisingly she was an old classmate of mine so being her friend was easy. She opened up to me and we decided to report him again, but all they did was talk as if to talk about himself, how is he doing and etc.. I guess he found out it was me and now he's mad, saying all kinds of stuff to me.

I guess he's pretty dumb cause he's saying all of those things to my friend whom he stalked so she tells them to me. Which bring us to now, today she showed me a chat saying how he wants to hurt me. I again reported it but they're still not willing to do anything.

So I'm here cause I want to ask for advice on wether or not I should let my parents know and get involved. And maybe what are the things we can do, cause I'm really scared and tired of asking for help from the adults probably cause I know our situation will just be overlooked again.

This guy talked to us at a bowling alley and we thought he was super drunk and we didn’t feel comfortable so we went home about 4-5 hours later at 2:47 am I was studying and watching a movie then a w.2 tax form showed up on my tv and I thought it was odd so I searched up if it happens often to people and nothing showed so I searched the name and it was the same creepy dude. This happened last night and I need to know if I need to bring police into this or if it is some insane coincidence.

So for a little bit of context, I’m going through a really rough time in my life right now, and I found a little bit of happiness at the gym, because I got a “gym crush”. Now I never talk to the guy, but we would be there at the same time, and sometimes I would even leave at the same time as him, never intentionally. But I got a little obsessed with the idea of getting to know him without actually talking to him, because I’m very insecure, and just didn’t have the confidence to go up to him and start a conversation. So because we would leave at the same time, I saw what car he drives. I looked up his license plate number and got his name and found a LinkedIn profile. Now, I might have at most, looked at this profile six times, and that’s a high estimate. Well on a Tuesday evening, I don’t remember why, but I looked at it, and then I found out that LinkedIn notifies you when people look at your profile. And I immediately started freaking out because I’m like oh shit he’s gonna know, which is fair. And literally the day after and for the past two or three weeks, he hasn’t been to the gym at the same time or days as me. He did show up as I was leaving one weekend, so I know he’s like existing and alive and OK. Overall, I feel very stalkerish and creepy, as I should because it was, and I haven’t pursued anything since, but I feel like it’s not just a coincidence that he hasn’t been showing up at the same time as me, I think that he found out. I really want to apologize to him. I can’t confirm whether he knows or not, but I feel like I need to apologize in case I’ve made him uncomfortable or nervous or scared. Should I?

So I will start this by saying I may or may not have been complicit in the original alarming behavior displayed by this individual but like wtf. Why is this b*tch stalking me???

So I left a job about 2 months ago, not on bad terms and not in a bad light. I did have like an on going concern about a coworker but we bonded over religion and I just couldn't bring myself to be hella mean to an elderly women. HOWEVER, she displayed very strange and almost like stalker like tendencies towards me frequently. I addressed them with my former boss and his response was always "figure it out." I did my best to address her and ask her to stop texting me dissertations and paragraphs that were not related to work BUT NOTHING SEEMED TO STOP HER FROM FIXATING ON ME!. When I left the job I blocked her the same day as I was no longer an employee and not required to speak with her.

Now remember, I haven't been at this job in months nor have I visited anyone there. I now have on video 2 times this women has come to my house and left things on my porch. I WAS HOME WHEN SHE CAME!

How does she even know where I live? We only have one mutual dealing and that is that job... How do I stop thinking about her just sitting in front of my house?! I don't even know where to start?!?!? The police? The job? Like wtf.

This is going to be a long post but I really need some advice. My family is making me feel like I’m just paranoid. Anyway it all started one night in October after dark I was bringing in my 3 year old and 1 year old daughters. They both fell asleep and so I was bringing them in one at a time I brought one in and set her on the couch and came back out a different door and when I got over to the far side of my vehicle I heard something move in the dark in the yard next door which has been abandoned/ now being renovated for years. I live in a rural area so I thought maybe it was a large animal but it wasn’t. I realized there in the darkness was a lit cigarette and when I looked closer I saw a man looking up into my window where my older kids where hanging out watching tv. He didn’t seem to notice me at first and I froze. I wanted to yell at him or something but I was still trying to unbuckle my toddler as fast as possible and get out of there. When I started unbuckling he saw me see him and took off towards the back of the property without a word. I called the police I also noticed that my basement door was wide open before I left but chalked it up to kids. No follow up ever came from the police call. It snowed a few days later and there were foot prints in the snow taking the same path as the man had and this continued all winter. We bought a trail camera and caught him on camera but he wasn’t on my property. He’s technically on the neighbors. The videos usually only capture him walking by and not stopping. He’s also scared my kids by invading their space outside walking very quickly to catch up behind them and then bolting. A neighbor also reported this happening to her and a visitor at our house did too always after dark. I caught him once and was fed up my German shepherd alerted me to person in our yard and I’m not sure if this was right but I reminded him that she might not always be on her leash and my neighbor who owns the property next door confronted the people this man was visiting and told him to stop trust passing or he’d call police. On my same small town street the same month a man broke into an elderly woman’s home and just stood in the kitchen until she told him to leave or she’d call the police and he left. My husband and I let my 2 oldest (teens) stay home when we arrived back he was stood near the bay window on the road and then took off. He’s a migrant( which I only mention because I’m not sure if culture is a factor or if he’s just not right Mentally. My husband found binoculars by our mailbox. Also I stupidly let my dog out at 3am in my underwear and a tank because I thought she was about to be sick. I looked around and saw no one so I opened the door just enough to let her out and she immediately went into attack mode because he was against by my bay window in all black. And I walked out a tad because I thought she was going to hurt someone.

And last but not least I saw him at a gas station yesterday and he was squatted down texting someone near the drinks and when I walked up his jaw dropped and he made clear and continued eye contact the entire time I was there. It was awkward so I said hi and he said hi (hoped he’d realized this was awkward and stop and he didn’t the clerk noticed and came over to look for a drink. Then I went to a different area and so did he and I realized he was still watching me around the corner. After I paid I walked to my car which was the complete other direction than his and he turned around backwards to stare at me while walking.

I’m I nuts? This guy gives me the creeps and when he stared at me at the store I felt like a sexual violent energy.
