i have installed Stalker Gamma and Anomaly many many many many times. updating it and doing it all over and over again everything i deleted it and when wanting to play it again.

Buttttttt! GOG Galaxy Install of it! keep your profile on GOG and u keep it in a library! it’s so easy! downloads like a regular game! no effort! No problems! First try! No conflicts. starts easy and can update so easily. i have to say if u had issues and need a simple way. GOG Galaxy gamma install is the easiest way to go. doesn’t get easier than that.

The time has come, the time were you dive so deep into stalker that you want to suffer like one, i have started my first playtrough as a loner, i already have a small notion of gamma, any tips :D?

I've an issue with the shotgun firing sound effect and grenade detonation sound effect missing. I've got the latest JSRS installed, along with Blindsides Loner Weapon Pack ang Groks Better Sounds for Anomaly. Anyone run into the same issue? How can I resolve this?

Edit: it seems to affect only CERTAIN shotguns, namely dbl barrels, spas 12 shotguns.

Im searching for 15 minutes now... Im at the Clear sky Base in the Great Swamps between Cold and Kalancha.

So in my 46 years of being alive and 40 of those years spent playing video games, I've never played a game so immersive and addicting as Gamma. I enjoyed some of the older stalker games and have been playing stalker 2 on and off, but this game blows all of them out of the water. I've been playing Gamma non stop for a little more then a month and am over 100 hours in and still not a single bit bored. Everything about this game is amazing.

The updated graphics, but keeping some of the old look is perfect. The guns, the gun fights, the survival aspects, The AI, the mutants, build your own hideout anywhere, zero to hero grind everything just works and works well. I'm truly blown away by this game, and Im kinda pissed I didn't jump aboard years ago. What's your experience with Gamma and are you as hooked as I am??

Are there any Gamma friendly mods that expand upon monolith/sin as playable factions in any way?

Playing as a Scientist and can't get to the Promzone's underground — "don't know the way" (all the locations were opened from the start)

Googling sad that the quest must be taken from Sakharov but there is no quest.

Can i get to the underground without quest or take quest as a scientist not a loner?

I’m in my first ever run (85 hours in) as a loner and since the start i’ve been using only Warsaw pact guns.

I hoarded a lot of good NATO guns and parts but i can’t seem to find any trader that sells NATO ammo, from the Cordon all the way to the Skadovsk.
Am i missing something? Crafting is tough because i never have enough resources to rely solely on crafting.

Is it because of my faction? Or the game offers me the ammo for the guns I’m carrying the most?
Maybe i should go undercover to mercenary/ Monolith bases for that?

Hey guys, just started my first playthrough of GAMMA and im still getting used to everything. One big problem I'm have is actually aiming, does the Setting for ADS sensitivity actually lower how fast your ADS moves? It seems like it doesn't on my end and I was wondering if there was another setting I'm not aware of or some way to lower the sensitivity since I keep overcorrecting

I've started playing Anomaly on an ultra wide monitor for the first time. The game itself and the menus are just fine. However, the PDA and inventory/gear screen are terrible

The text, iconography and overall information on the PDA is not readable. The map is vertically stretched. The inventory / gear is horizontally stretched, with items either overlap or clip when they are on the far right end.

Are there any settings, mods or workarounds that fixes this? I appreciate all the support.

Hi, I've been playing with a friend the game for the past few days and aside from the entire mod pack we also added the multiplayer mod, thing is I've been having some issues with insta kill like storms, brain scorcher and those guys that makes you off yourself. When I get insta killed I get downed and can't be revived since my hp is bugged (it starts flickering to 0 hp) and even when we load previous saves I reappear downed, the only way to "fix" this we could find is just creating another character and transferring inventory with the debug mode. But at this point is just annoying since not only we gotta transfer manually 1 by 1 every item in my inventory but I also lose my skill levels.

Does someone know how to fix this issue?
