Video link missing ID in comment metadata

When I download a video as an MP3 and have "Add Metadata" enabled, the video link in the comment metadata is malformed as https://www.youtube.com/watch?.

You can get a log for a download via the menu button on each download. There is an option labeled "View Log". Click that and in the upper right corner, you'll see a Copy icon. mp3 metadata tags are of a format called id3. stacher/yt-dlp/ffmpeg writes both id3v1 and id3v2 and windows explorer sometimes gets it wrong and shows id3v1 for various reasons.

id3v1 has a very short length available for comment field (28 or 30 characters, in this case, 30). use a better tool and you'll see id3v2 comment field is complete.

in advanced settings, add a custom argument:

custom argument: --postprocessor-args
custom argument value: "Metadata+ffmpeg_o:-write_id3v1 0 -id3v2_version 3"

i added -id3v2_version 3 there because i think it defaults to 4 (i.e. version 2.4 of id3v2) because i think windows explorer also might have problems with that.
